Asheville’s mobile meal scene continues to rev up with options ranging from Korean barbecue tacos to quesadilla burger wraps. You can nosh from a rotating group of trucks on any given day at The Lot on Coxe Avenue in downtown for lunch, and at favorite local watering hole, The Bywater, for dinner. Most evenings, you’ll also find food trucks parked at select Asheville breweries, including Highland, Pisgah and The Wedge, where you can wash down your eats with delicious local suds. A new addition to the food truck fleet, Farm to Fender, serves the south side, with a focus on fresh, local fare for breakfast and lunch.
