About Highland Brewing Company:
"We want to be the brewery of choice in the Southeast. To achieve that goal, we believe it takes more than great beer. With each new hire, it doesn't take long to learn Oscar's mantra: Honesty, integrity and respect. Nothing about beer, not specifically. But the larger ideals that lead to great beer - caring about how it's made, caring for the people involved, from the grain farmer to the mom at the grocery store. Operating within these lines gives rise to a culture around a product. A culture that is sustainable for our employees, our customers and our environment."
Come join Chef James Grogan & Fair Game Beverage Co. at MG Road for a wintry après ski style dinner. Chef Grogan will cook a 4-course warming hunter's dinner paired with cocktails crafted from Fair Game's high quality line of fortified wines & spirits.
The night will kick off at 6pm with a cocktail hour (cash bar) with complimentary hors d'oeuvres. At 7pm, we'll sit down as the dinner begins.

Addison Farms Valentine's Wine Dinner Feb 13
We are excited to announce our first wine dinner of the year, our third annual Perfect Pairings at 7p on Saturday 13 February. We have our good friend and very talented chef Corey Marino returning for this event. Take a look at Plough to Pantry, highlighting Corey in this piece from the most recent issue.
Reservations are limited; you can book yours here. Corey is creating a multiple course dinner that will delight our guests on this special evening. As an added bonus, we are going to do a limited release of our 2013 Cabernet Franc, available only to Perfect Pairings attendees. We do not expect to actually release this wine until this summer!
Guests will get to enjoy the stunning fall vineyard and mountain views as they dine in the vineyard. Addison Farms Vineyard is located in the farming community of Sandy Mush in Leicester, NC and they recently received a nice mention on NYTimes.com for their exclusive fall farms and artisans tour package with the Asheville Bed and Breakfast Association. http://www.nytimes.com/2015/09/02/travel/in-asheville-a-fall-tour-that-includes-farms- and-wine.html
